this icon looks like a envelope, and has a letter inside of it. therefore make me feel like this is best to describe as E-mail.
which E-mail is replace the role of posted mail nowadays.
4.Internet Explorer/ Access
maybe I was influence by firefox explorer, therefore the first feeling come to my mind is this icon represent as internet explorer,
and this icon showing as we click on it, we can search or knowing something all around the world.

bottom (left to right): organizer, camera
6. No. I have no ideas on this areas of knowledge.
7. it was very nice, people will recognize what is means by each icon on the first sense.

(i)The icons could be design in a motive way. It will be more attractive.
(ii)Those icons seem to be very cute, however it may less attractive to certain people.
therefore there are the need for a more "formal/serious" design.
(iii) should use some sharp and bright colour instead of deep colour. This is because colour will influence people's feeling and mood.

10. 7/10, those icons have bring a very clear message to the reader. those icon reduce the need of title.
